Chef Mario Marfia and Developer John Wessman perfectly combined their talents to bring a unique Italian dining experience to El Paseo in Palm Desert, and Downtown Palm Springs. 

We offer genuine Italian hospitality and traditional Italian and Sicilian dishes including homemade pasta, gourmet wood oven pizza, seafood, and more.

At Il Corso Palm Springs we strive to deliver the most traditional Italian dishes with the highest quality possible, we source many products from Italy and Sicily, like San Marzano tomatoes, Creamy Burrata, authentic Bufala Mozzarella and Pecorino Romano cheeses, including an extensive list of wines from almost every region, along with fresh local ingredients when they are seasonally available. 

We serve nightly specials in addition to our Regular Dinner menu.

Vegetarian and Vegan options

 We make the effort to accommodate our Vegetarian and Vegan guests, we have several dishes on our Regular Dinner Menu that do not include any meat or dairy. We highly encourage our vegetarian and vegan guests to talk to your server regarding menu modifications and off menu items that can be prepared when possible and regarding ingredients availability.

Reservations Suggested

Although we have a large Dining Room and relaxing Patio with plenty of comfortable seating, reservations are typically required for dinner service, specially during weekends at Downtown Palm Springs, when the night life is exciting and vibrant, and occupancy becomes limited. However, we welcome walk-ins at the Bar Area based on availability.

Dress Code

Il Corso Palm Springs enforces a strict upscale dress code. We do not allow beachwear, gym attire such as sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies, athletic apparel, jerseys, tank tops, bandanas, oversized or baggy clothing, backwards ball caps are prohibited. No excessively revealing clothing will be allowed.

Admittance to Il Corso Palm Springs is at the absolute discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to any patrons who are inappropriately dressed regardless of the reservation status.
